Arai anti fog lens for child's helmet type CK 6 color CLEAR can be fitted on Original Arai visor for the type CK 6 children's helmet to prevent condensation during humid conditions and keep your vision optimal during karting.

When the air you breathe out is warmer than the outside temperature, condensation forms on a cold surface, in this case the visor. A fogged up visor is not only very disturbing but also creates a dangerous situation during karting.

Lens is fixed by silicone rubber which is located on the condensation lens. The lens is stuck to the inside of the visor in this way. On the lens there is a silicone rim around the lens which creates an air chamber between the condensation lance and the visor. This air chamber can be compared to the air space between the double lens. The effect of this is that the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the helmet is kept to a minimum so that the inside of the visor does not have a cold surface where condensation can form.

The lens is made of an organic material with the ability to absorb moisture. This property ensures that vapour does not adhere to the entire surface, but that the moisture is wicked away from these vapours in tiny pathways.

Put the condensation lens on the visor?

• Disassemble your transparent visor from the helmet
• Clean the inside of the visor so that all dust particles
• Remove the condensation lens from the package, do not touch with fingers, hold on to the outside of the lens.
• Remove the protective film
• Remove the foil on the silicone layer
• Glue the lens neatly onto your visor
• The visor is ready to use.
