Schuberth SF4 Carbon is a masterfully handcrafted motorsport helmet manufactured with outstanding comfort, unrivalled external finish and attention to detail! Homologation FIA 8860-2018 and SNELL SA 2020.
With almost 100 years dedicated to the development of head protection solutions and 20 years supplying top drivers in F1, IndyCar and other top series, SCHUBERTH offers the safest and most technologically advanced helmets in its range for motorsports: the Schuberth SF4 Carbon.
The unrivalled know-how of our R&D department has brought together all available tools in our carbon, wind tunnel, audio and load testing labs to produce the state-of-the-art helmet. Safety, comfort, aerodynamic tuning, noise reduction and optional integrated electronics have all combined to make the SF4 CARBON the ultimate carbon helmet.

Each SF4 CARBON helmet is manufactured in Schuberth's own factory in Italy by the same workers who produce helmets for various F1 drivers.

The SF4 CARBON has been developed with extensive wind tunnel testing to achieve ideal aerodynamics and optimum airflow. It offers a perfect aerodynamic balance that can be adjusted with different spoilers and air-scoops to meet the demands of any type of race.
FULL CARBON SHELL
Lightweight, hand-laid carbon, autoclaved shell according to the latest homologation regulations.
12 VENTILATION CHANNELS ON THE SHELL
Optimal circulation is achieved through aerodynamic design and built-in airflow channels in the EPS, which provide the ideal flow for intake of cool air and exhaust for warm air. In the open air, the helmet feeds 14 litres of fresh air per second at 100 km/h.
3 MM THICK VISOR 3D INJECTED
Injected visor derived directly from F1 expertise. Twelve different visors available in transparent dark with multiple reflections and multi-layer mirror coating options. All standard visors are equipped with Pinlock® 120 lens for optimal fogproof performance. Tear Offs buttons are also installed.
VISOR LOCK SYSTEM
Two-stage visor lock is directly derived from F1 expertise. The visor always closes symmetrically and therefore safely.
READY FOR COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
Cable channels in the wall cushions are provided for easy installation of radio communication.
A full selection of plug & play integrated electronics is optionally available.

When shopping online, it is very helpful to know exactly what size you need. To help you on your way, below you will find an overview of the helmet brands we sell, so you can easily estimate which helmet size you should choose in function of which helmet type.
To determine proper sizing, measure your head circumference just above the ears along the temples. Dut is the widest circumference point of your skull.Â
Arai CK-6 and Zamp Kids helmets must be compulsorily worn by karters up to 15 years old at National competitions. However, the following piece is important to know:
'Helmets intended for heads with a circumference of 60 cm or more are considered adult head protection and will not be accepted for certification to this standard. Children requiring head protection in these sizes are encouraged to wear suitable helmets certified to adult standards.' Found on page 4 - 'constructions - A. It is important to know that we sell EUROPEAN sizes, on the internet you often see Arai helmets for sale at a lower rate, these are usually Arai helmets with JAPANESE sizes. The biggest difference is in the inside of the helmet a European has an oval head in the length and a Japanese has an oval head in the width. So when buying a helmet make sure that you follow the correct European dimensions.

With regard to racing helmets, people wearing spectacles should bear in mind that the vision opening of the GP5 WP offers a wider and higher field of vision, i.e. it is easier to put on spectacles.
