Arai helmet GP Jet 3 OPEN FACE : Ideal for use during trackdays, motorsport, rally, rallycross, coaching, ... installation of communication optional depending on the type of radio system.

The open helmet for touring with M6 studs equipped with a CLC (complex laminate Construction) outer shell with the Hyper Ridge reinforcement at the bottom for high rigidity. This helmet features a removable Nomex interior and cheek pieces. Snell/FIA approval 8858 SA2020.

There is no difference between the daily customer and the supported pilots at Arai, the helmets for F1, Nascar, Karting, MotoGP, ... are simply taken out of production to customize the desings to the respective pilots.

Production

Arai holds on to the bike: "Smooth shape for better protection"
This means that they produce each helmet with as round an outer shell as possible.
The beautiful round shape of Arai is made to "slide" on contact with the asphalt without creating unnecessary revolutions.

At Arai, 99% of the work from the base to the finished product is done by hand by highly trained workers.
The outer shell of this excellent product is manufactured from 27 separate parts.
By placing the individual parts at important points in the helmet shell, the quality and strength of this helmet is guaranteed.
Each shell consists of a polyester composition that is 3mm thick over the entire helmet.

The quality is one of the priming factors within the company and so every helmet shell is checked and in case of more than 2 faults they are destroyed.
Each step taken on the helmet is signed by the worker who took the work for him/herself, in this way the workers check each other's work.
