99% handicraft

At Arai, 99% of the work from the base to the finished product is done by hand by a highly trained workforce. The outer shell of this excellent product is manufactured from 27 separate parts.

Equal thickness

Placing the individual components at key points in the helmet shell ensures the quality and strength of this helmet. Each shell consists of a polyester composition that is 3mm thick all over the helmet. Quality is one of the primary factors within the company and thus each helmet shell is checked and if there are more than 2 mistakes, they are destroyed.
