Sales terms
All prices are 21% VAT included and exclusive shipping costs. For
Speedwear dealers, the official price list 2008 is valuable and not the
prices of the webshop.
Delivery terms
- in Belgium via the national services De Post (www.depost.be)
- outside Belgium deliveries we use the services of UPS (www.ups.com)
Orders of goods which are in stock will be delivered within 8 days. In case your ordered product is not
in stock, we will contact you by mail to let you know what will be the exact delivery date.
Any order is expressly made conditional on buyer's assent to the terms and conditions contained herein
and on the negation of its own trade terms and conditions, except by explicit different agreement.
Changes of prices due to unforeseen circumstances are possible without consultation.
Property reserve clause:
In application of the law 80-335 from 12th May 1980, all goods will remain the property of the seller until complete payment.
However,the risks attributable to the delivered products will be entirely borne by the purchaser from delivery.
Terms of payment
Each invoice is payable in advance before the despatch of the goods.

VAT
If you are outside the European Community (Switzerland, Norway, USA, Canada, Australia, Asia,
Far East, Africa, ... ) and we are shipping the goods to you then you do not pay VAT.
Customers from EC Member States will be charged the Belgian's VAT unless you
have a business and are VAT registered.
In these circumstances we will require your country code and VAT number.
Reclamations
Any reclamation has to be introduced within 8 days following the reception of the goods.
Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions will be governed
exclusively by the Tribunal of Turnhout.
No circumstance can derogate to this judicial clause. Goods, which have been correctly supplied,
will be accepted for return only with
the company's prior written consent and if received by the company within 8 days of that consent
being given. Used goods will not be accepted.
The shipment of the returned goods needs to be paid by the customer or you can come to our shop
in Herentals to change the goods or during a race event!
Goods need to be returned in their original package with the original label card.
We cannot accept any items that have been specially ordered
or manufactured to your specification for return.
